Most importantly, as nature journalists, we need to remember to "Leave what you find."
Most of the locations that we visit are public places. Because of that, we want to stress, that it is best practice to never pick flowers, pull leaves of plants, and to take care of where you step, to not trample tender plants.
For many of the outings, the Facilitators, will bring natural objects as potential items to observe, draw, ponder--just in case you're stuck in "what to observe and draw."
