Look for "A Bird Sit with Nature Journaling". 2nd Thursday of the month; rain cancels and moves event to 3rd Thursday.  Contact the organizer (listed on their calendar) by email to RSVP prior to event held at O'Melveny Park (17330 Seson Blvd., Granada Hills, CA 91344).

A group local to the Santa Monica Mountains of southern California.  They meet every second Sunday of the month at various locations around the mountains. Their website lists meetup location info. However, at times their normal meetup day changes. Their meetup times also vary from month to month, so check their website for details.
